Crossink support

Any plans or ideas to combine koreader stats with crossink / crosspoint for xteink.

I was thinking if we had a plugin which they're now making an api for, that mimics the same reading stat logic and then they can be combined here?

I went ahead and did this, its working!! https://github.com/zackify/CrossInk-koinsight

just a fork of crossink with a konight sync menu toggle, runs on normal progress sync
