Feature Request: Smooth Scrolling

Hi there,

I recently found this library and I'm super happy with it! I migrated my hobby project in half a day from MPAndroidChart.

However, one thing I'm missing is smooth scrolling. Right now (if I haven't overlooked an option), the scrolling immediately stops when you lift your finger from the phone. This hard stop makes it feel stuttery and non-smooth. I think a slow fade out of the scrolling would improve the look and feel a lot.

What do you think?

Do you mean like with "momentum" where if you flick it, it will then decelerate gradually? That would make it behave similar to other scrollable content on Android. I tend to use Desktop/Browser so don't notice it. Longer term, maybe the better way to implement panning is by using the Compose ScrollState. I think the animation logic is already built into it to do this.

yes, exactly, momentum was the word I was missing. Using the in-built compose stuff is probably also not a bad idea...

Unfortunately, I'm not very compose experienced. Otherwise, I'd try to make a PR.

@gsteckman : I saw the feature was implemented by @asynchaizer . Do you already know when there will be a new release of the library?
