Command Room — v2.7.25

Claude as your chief of staff. Turns a folder of notes, transcripts, and emails into an executive workspace. Daily loop: morning briefing, inbox triage, meeting prep, follow-up ritual. Writing: emails, Slack, memos, one-pagers, board updates — voice-calibrated to you. Memory layer: decision log, insights, weekly audit. Per-workspace skills generate from your own context.

This repo is the pinned v2.7.25 marketplace. Each Command Room release ships as its own GitHub repo / Cowork marketplace — every install gets a clean cache, no update-cache fights with prior versions.

Install

1. Open Cowork → Settings (gear icon) → Plugins
2. Paste KobeLives/commandroom2725 into the marketplace input and press Add
3. Find the command-room card under Personal → Local uploads → commandroom2725
4. Click + to install
5. Close Settings and start a new session

What's new in v2.7.25

Orgs Map gains a one-click ↻ Refresh button in the artifact's controls strip. Sends rebuild orgs map back through chat — same pattern that already works for the natural-flow nudge after creating a new project.

Updating to a future version

Each release is a new marketplace URL (e.g. KobeLives/commandroom2726 for v2.7.26). To upgrade, remove this marketplace from Cowork and add the new one. Clean install every time.
