IKEA GRILLPLATS (E2491-EU) offers partial support using Zigbee

Hi,
I bought a couple of IKEA Grillplats smart plugs, which offer on/off features as well as power measurement. By default these devices connect through Matter over Thread, however they also seem to offer the 'secret' Zigbee connectivity.
Since I could not find this device yet on https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/supported-devices/, I figured I'd share my experiences and what is working and still missing. Hopefully it will help others to add the missing features.

Once you unbox the device, it will - for a period of 15 minutes - be in pairing mode using Matter over Thread. To enable Zigbee pairing (in my case to a SonOff transmitter on Home Assistant), perform the following steps:

• Press the On-Off button for around 10 seconds, this will reset the plug back to factory settings,
• Press the On-Off button quickly 4 times, this will enable Matter connectivity mode,
• Finally, press the On-Off button quickly 8 times. This will enable the 'secret' Zigbee connectivity mode and Z2M will start the interview (as long as you enabled 'Permit Join').

The device is detected as model "GRILLPLATS Plug" and "Unsupported", but it does complete the interview and add the device.
It successfully exposes:

• State - This allows you to turn the plug on and off, and is working as expected
• Brightness - This is obviously wrong, as it is a plug, not a lamp
• Effect (see previous item)
• Power on behavior - This is expected and seems to work as well
• Linkquality - This seems to be working correctly.

Now, what is missing are the power measurements, which I assume will be power, voltage, current, energy (as this plug is very, very similar to the IKEA INSPELNING smart plug E2206)

I'll see if I can follow the instructions to add support myself, but have never done it before so any insights/assistance for this plug would be appreciated.

TOFSMYGGA (EU) is also working and is presenting its self as GRILLPLATS Plug by IKEA of Sweden as expected then the hardware is the same inside only the case is made for outdoor.
Only On/Off and light control (its because IKEAs remotes is sending level commands with On/Off) and no metering is implemented hat i can see in ZHA.

Basic cluster reporting 1.3.11 for sw_build_id (id: 0x4000) and no OTA implamentes as expected only OTA thru Matter.

Any chances of these supporting energy monitoring under the Zigbee mode?

Only if IKEA is paying the company that doing the firmware (and hardware) for it and Zigbee certifying it so i say very unlikely then they is putting the time and money on fixing current products and upcoming ones like new blinds and air purifier and so on.
By the was its one update for the plugs in the pipe then its (Matter) certified but still not released.
