Aeotec IM6001-MTP

I don't know if this is the right forum to discuss or get help from.
I have 3 Aeotec IM6001-MTP motion sensors and a while ago I think a month ago one of them went offline,
I tried pairing it again but without success, then I tried one of the others removed it from Zigbee2MQTT and
also tried pairing it again but without success so now I have one left which still works until it also goes offline!,
has the setup for this device changed?
