Support request for _TZ3000_1fqpj6qz / TS004F rotary knob (SYT-ZB01-like)

I would like to request support for a Tuya rotary knob variant that is currently detected as a generic TS004F and is not properly handled.

Device information:

• marketed as: SYT-ZB01 rotary smart knob
• modelID: TS004F

• softwareBuildID: 0104122025
• Zigbee2MQTT status: Unsupported: generated

Environment:

• Zigbee2MQTT: 2.9.2
• Coordinator: ConBee 3

Observed behavior:

• pairing succeeds
• interview completes successfully
• battery, last_seen and linkquality are reported
• no action is exposed

Expected behavior:
The device should expose rotary/button actions similar to the supported SYT-ZB01 smart knob, such as:

• single
• hold
• rotate_left
• rotate_right
• press + rotate
