Moes ZS-SR-EUD-2 leaving the network

Hello,

I have several MOES devices on my network, but I have a problem with the Moes ZS-SR-EUD-2 switches, because after a while they leave the network. I have four of these switches and all of them have problems, they leave completely randomly. I also have several Moes ZS-SR-EUD-3 dimmer switches, there is no problem with these. Tuya MCU based devices.
I tried setting "Avability" and adding the parameter "tuya_disable_time_sync: true", but unfortunately this did not help either.
Any ideas?

These Moes devices are very problematic: randomly "leaving" network, spamming the network

• Moes GU10 light bulb keeps leaving the zigbee network after being powered off for a while #30644
• Feature: per-device/per-model option to ignore leave events zigbee-herdsman#1648

You can install a zigbee2mqtt extension: ignore_device_leave to keep them in Z2M. But it's not healthy for the network.

It's better to contact the manufacturer, let them know of the problem, get a refund

I also have some of these devices, but never experience having them leaving the network. But they are spamming the network according to what has been reported in the first link.

Do you know which firmware your switches have?
Meines are on ZigBee Module: v1.0.10 MCU Module: v3.0.10, and smartlife app says no update available. (Bought a hub just for check updates)

I don't have a Tuya gateway anymore, so I don't know how I can check that...
