Level readme with style configuration description

Commit 3d6b254 updates the readme with a default configuration. Compared to https://github.com/Koihik/LuaFormatter/blob/master/docs/Style-Config.md the option tab_width is added. What does this do and can we add a description to the style file?

Maybe move the default configuration part from the readme to the style config description file?

tab_width is related to the transformation of tabs to spaces. This field specifies how many spaces one tab character should match.

@tammela Is default configuration part should be added to style config ? If not then this issue can be closed.
