Incomplete/non install - issue with Microsoft Visual Studio? - total Noob

Hello,

Sorry I am just getting into Python and this is surely something very basic I have missed. I did look through the readme and some of the forum posts. I set up a new project with an activated venv and tried to install your RealtimeSTT. I got the following message - would really appreciate a bit of assistance - perhaps it is something to do with global/versus venv package availability and paths..?...thanks
