Alpha test build.

Tested:

  • SMIC18MMRF / SMIC 180nm RF Cadence schematic flow.
  • Linux/Virtuoso extraction, GUI optimization, and Cadence CDF writeback.
  • MOS CDF Finger Width + Total Width writeback on smic18mmrf n18/p18.

Changes:

  • Fix Cadence MOS CDF writeback for Finger Width and Total Width.
  • Add GUI Settings support for finger-width aliases.
  • Keep Windows LUT build and Linux cache-only flow compatible with the existing AmpFlow/TheScanner path.
