• Added FAQ entry to /app/dedicated-cloud-gateways/reference.md documenting:
  • Endpoint usage: https://<dcgw-domain>/___konnect/healthz
  • Returns 200 OK when data plane is running
  • Caveat: Basic health check only—does not verify routing, plugins, upstreams, or networking
