Remember the last opened workspace between sessions

Hello guys!

I love your work, but I have a minor issue that might actually be a missing feature.

I am using Insomnia 13.2.0
Build date: 25/08/2026
OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.26200
Electron: 43.2.0
Node: 24.18.0
Node ABI: 148
V8: 15.0.1240245-electron.0
Architecture: x64

Every morning when I open Insomnia, I have to switch to another workspace:

It never opens with the organisation/workspace I was working on during my previous session.

Would it be possible for Insomnia to remember and reopen the last used workspace?

It's a minor thing, of course… but having to do it every morning, every day, does get a little annoying. 🙂

I've raised a feature request to allow Insomnia to remember and automatically reopen the last-used organization/workspace when the application starts.

Our Product Managers regularly review feature requests alongside strategic priorities and planned product work. While we cannot provide a specific timeline or commitment for this functionality, the request has been captured for consideration by the product team.
