Pin Dashboard Items

I found it's difficult to find Request Collection/Design Document when I have many of them. I think it'd be a nice feature to have if we can pin them on the top. Also, those items should be re-arranged.

This would be awesome to have! I know we have some improvements lined up with the dashboard for the next release. 🤗
