Handy for accounting when invoices / expenses are handled by accounts team, or a PA

This was marked as completed a while back but I searched all over the dashboard and I can't find it.

@obahareth I think they've added it to the codebase / backend but not visible to end users to manage. Hopefully that will reignite the issue / discussion and we can get it as needed
