Add export Insomnia support to CLI

The process of creating backups within the Insomnia app is slow, instead if there was an option to quickly produce backups within the CLI, that would massively help anyone who are frequently backing up all the requests stored on Insomnia.

You could extend the function handleExport in the file export-requests-modal.tsx and add some parameters.
