It is useful because tooltips like this are displayed when there is an error.
However, some people are not good at English, and sometimes the contents of the tooltip are not quite clear.
I want to translate by copy and paste, but this tooltip does not allow me to copy text.
I have no choice but to try to transcribe the text manually, but when I remove the mouse cursor, it disappears.
The UX is a little worse in this respect.
It would be great if the text could be selected or if there was a small copy button!
