Pre-Release v0.0.3

Pre-Release v0.0.3

We moved this thing to react to better scale and optimize delivery time.

New features:

1. Global Mods View - It's now possible to view and search mods / modpacks right from the app. Installing from url is optional.
2. Epic design. Thanks to Shadcn UI.
3. Doesn't require chrome anymore. We've switched the chrome binary path to the microsoft edge, as this app is only for windows, this should make it lightweight and work anywhere, as (almost) all windows pc's have edge by default, and it's hard to uninstall it.

Unfinished features:

1. Search in profiles doesn't work.
2. Can't paginate mods, neither in local or global mod views.
3. Currently trying to install a couple mods one after, before the first mod got installed will result in quiet error, which will fail any next mod installation.
4. Mod installation feedback is not perfect, it doesn't report any dependencies being installed.
5. When opening up the app, it may require you to press "Ctrl + R" to reload the page.
