AlphaJudge is not working with AF3 run

Hello,
AlphaJudge 1.0.1 is not working with the latest GitHub AF3 installation.
The error message is always 'not runnable directories found'.
AlphaJudge works with AF2.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you @ebettler for this report.
Indeed, the layout of the latest official AF3 is different from AlphaPulldown and wasn't supported before.
I think this is solved now. Please give it a try and feel free to re-open the issue if the problems remains.
