Calculix 2.22 and now 2.23 available

Perhaps some improvements in 2.23 and 2.22 in comparison to 2.21.
And version 2.23 is now available.
Version 2.24 will be available in 2026.

there is also a new package with c20+ support in dev for modern calculix:
