Required for
testsuite.tests.multicluster.global_rate_limiting.test_global_rate_limit.test_global_limit_is_sharedtest to not run with multicluster target where tests are executed with-n2, in parallel.Kuadrant/testsuite-pipelines#156 needs to be merge together for mentioned test to still be executed in nightly and release pipelines
