Add production deployment guide (Kubernetes, Docker, cloud providers) #4

Problem
No documentation exists for deploying KubeOrch in production.
Requirements
- Kubernetes deployment with manifests/Helm chart
- Docker Compose production setup
- Cloud provider guides (at least one: AWS/GCP/Azure)
- TLS/HTTPS configuration
- Database backup and recovery procedures
Why (CNCF)
Users must be able to deploy the project. Missing deployment docs is a major gap.
