Offline desktop dictation for Windows.

What's included:

• local Whisper transcription
• push-to-talk hotkey
• desktop waveform overlay
• settings for backend, model, language, beam size, and theme
• packaged Windows build with no Python or pip install required

How to run:

1. Download Dictly-windows.zip
2. Extract the ZIP
3. Open the Dictly folder
4. Run Dictly.exe

Notes:

• Keep Dictly.exe inside the extracted Dictly folder
• Do not move the EXE out of that folder because it depends on the bundled _internal files
• On first use, the app may download the selected Whisper model
