* 온보딩 제출 이후에는 accessToken이 보내지지 않기 떄문에 accessToken 없는 경우 예외처리 제거
* Pending상태 이후 hasInfo 분기 처리로 수정
* 폰트 크기, 중앙정렬, bottom 위로 올리기
* absenceType => submitType으로 변경
