I'm Kyle, an IT Support Analyst and aspiring Cybersecurity Profesional with an interest in SOC operations and IAM.

💻What I Do

  • I'm currently work as an IT Supprt Analyst were I assist over 4,000 end users troubleshoot deep technical issues.
  • Hands on experience with ticketing systems, CRM, troubleshooting workflows, and enterprise IT envrionments

  • Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
