add loudness in acoustics

This is an old note, and I think what I intended is that for each vocalization, we extract average loudness.

I also wrote: "for that create acoustic annotation python file -- contains the extracting functions, so could add it there" - which doesn't make sense to me today, but leaving it here just in case
