Windows download

Download flect-v1.0.0-windows.zip, extract it, then double-click run.bat.

The Windows zip includes the Flect web dashboard and bundled scrcpy/adb binaries. Node.js 18+ is still required; the launcher installs npm dependencies automatically on first run.
