This looks good and compiles 👍
I am not doing any further validation of the algorithm since I am going to wait to do that until after I do a big refactory/tidy sometime over the next couple weeks.

Tot calibration method. Sets the tot_vref and trim_tot parameters based on a target adc threshold (currently 950).
