README refresh for v0.2.0. The root README status line still said "v0.1.2 live / v0.2 in progress" (now wrong), and the npm landing page (packages/cli/README.md) didn't lead with the cross-project persona wedge — the headline v0.2.0 capability — and was missing cmk lessons promote / cmk disable-native-memory / cmk persona generate from the command table. Both READMEs now describe the wedge (a fresh project cold-opens knowing how you work) and the full v0.2.0 command surface. (The v0.2.0 tarball shipped with the older README; this lands on the npm page with the 0.2.1 publish.)
