Bug Summary

Commit 3c3441b seems to introduce a bug where attempting to open a project via File > Open results in a crash for certain projects. Note that opening projects via lmms /path/to/my.mmpz doesn't crash. Reverting this commit fixes the crash, but perhaps there's a better solution.

Expected Behaviour

File > Open Should open the selected project instead of crash.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch LMMS against a project file so it starts with a project open.
2. File
3. Open
4. Double click test.mmpz
5. Observe crash

I wasn't able to reproduce on windows, but it could be because of these missing resources

I cannot reproduce the crash using the test project you provided. However, I do get a segmentation fault upon exiting LMMS.

@AW1534 Windows might just not be impacted. Someone in the discord was able to reproduce, and I doubt they had those files either. They report they were on Manjaro.

@regulus79 Segmentation fault on exit is on my end as well, but it doesn't appear to be fixed by going back to the last patch that fixed my issue, so I suspect it's not related.

I'll attach a gdb backtrace for anyone interested. It's a real page turner.
