In the following documents we describe test modules that are distributed with the lnst-ctl package. After installation you can find them in the directory /usr/share/lnst/test_modules. For information about how to create your own Test Modules, visit the page Test Modules.

• TestIcmpPing - Basic IPv4 ping test
• TestIperf - A module encapsulating the iperf test tools for measuring TCP/UDP performance
• TestMulticast - Set of tools to assess the implementation of IP multicast in Linux
• TestNetCat
• TestPacketAssert - Listen for packets with specific properties using tcpdump, count and evaluate them
• TestPktCounter - Count incoming packets using iptables. This is much faster, although also less configurable than TestPacketAssert.
• TestPktgenTx - Generate packets using the kernel pktgen module
• TestTCPConnect and TestTCPListen - Testing TCP connections
