Anica macOS runtime bundle (FFmpeg 8.0.1 + GStreamer 1.28.1)

• FFmpeg: LGPL-only build with libvpx, libaom, libsvtav1, libmp3lame, libopus
• GStreamer: LGPL-safe plugins only (17 curated plugins, GPL plugins excluded)
• All dependencies bundled (glib, gettext, pcre2)
• No Homebrew required
