I'm gonna approve, but please don't run over the additional samples you added. There is a reason why they were not there before. Since we have a minimum threshold in MET > 200, HT should be at least >200. Everything below won't contribute to the analysis. Therefore don't run over samples with HT<200. We still run over HT-100-200 just to be extra sure and because we performed studies with MET > 180. But don't run over HT-70-100, it's a waste of time and resources. |
