🐛 Bug Fixes

Critical: Fixed MCP Server Tools Not Working

• Restored working Server implementation pattern from @modelcontextprotocol/sdk
• Fixed API incompatibility caused by migration to McpServer/registerTool which broke all MCP tools
• All 12 MCP tools now function correctly
