Husk Claims Support

Could support for husk claims be implemented OR the ability to set priority. Currently players including myself even when opped cannot use their sprays within their claims.

Correction I am on Paper 1.21.4 and you cannot place sprays below y level 0

Hey I'm a bit confused,
a) are players unable to place any sprays in any claim created with HuskClaimis?
b) do claim in HuskClaims have name? I couldn't find one.
