Alert manager
We found three types of alerts in Copper system and which party should receive them.
System/liveness/deployment alerts : Which relevant to Cu hub and Sys admin and they would be handled by Prometheus based alert manager. (Eg: unusual system behaviour, system failure)
User activities/system behaviors alerts: Relevant to Sys admin. (Eg: unusual user login, unusual traffic)
User's activities: Relevant to users. (Eg: suspicious logins, changes of login location or machines)
