I worked in the text and figure from @connolly, without changing the content other than to point out the first notable phase in the timeline: ingestion of results from the v1.0 white paper into the first round of OpSim 4 simulations! :-) I'm going to merge this straight away, so that I can make a v0.99 release that we can give the SAC to review. We can fix small problems during that review process. Thanks very much for all your work on this, Andy!
