Using the core for local parsing

Hi, great development and fantastic performance. just tried uploading some large files and they fit nicely together and loads quickly.

I have written an in house wrapper around IfcOpenShell for parsin IFC files to Rhino and I am keen to hear if you have had any thoughts on integrating this into other software as a plugin. IE, a .NET wrapper, or if there already is a CLI .
