Chemotion LabIMotion 2.3.0 RC

Highlights

Generic elements

• Generic element variations — a Variations tab for generic elements, with each row representing a variation (run or condition).
• New generic element: Viability (application: MTT assay)

New field types

• Number field — a dedicated numeric field type with numeric display on user input and configurable decimals (default 0). Also available as a table column.
• Ontology selection field — pick a term from an ontology tree. Usable as a restriction source, and the tree reloads when the restriction field changes.
• Select-multiple field type + renderer for tables — choose several options at once, in a layer field and as a table column; pick-order preserved.

Formula in tables

• Formula-Field column — a table column whose value is calculated per row from the other columns. Supports system-defined (unit-bearing) operands, normalized to a base unit, and uses the designer's default unit as the formula base.

User view

• Custom dynamic layer name shown in Arrange layers and the Overview map.
• Template version & identifier surfaced in the user view, plus a "Show more" control for the revisions list.

System users

• System user selection — a single system-user select that can also be used as a restriction source.
