Added grid paging to data grid. Can be turned on/off with Connector.view.Grid.paging.
Update footer function added to update total and current page. Updated automated tests to include paging.

Spec 22558: Paging support for grid. Added paging support to the data grid. Currently 25 rows per page. Automated tests updated to support paging.
