Rationale
Our collection of "realistic" fields includes some text choice fields. Certain tests use a random selection of these fields. When those tests attempt to generate random data, they fail because a random String has a vanishingly small chance to match one of the field's available values.
TestDataGenerator has access to the available values, it just needs to reach in and grab them.
