Adicionada nova mutação do graphql chamada de "deactivateTeacher" que disponibiliza a funcionalidade de realizar o softDelete de um professor (atribuindo a esse novo parametro a data completa e o horário em que foi realizada a mutação).
Para testar essa nova funcionalidade foi atribuído um novo endpoint de método DELETE com o url de restapi/teachers/softdel
Além disso foi adicionado o campo ACTIVE no model do teacher, para preparar os querys relacionados a "teachers" para nova funcionalidade vinda do issue 16 (para rodar querys relacionadas a "teachers" com as mudanças realizadas na database vindas do issue 16, foi necessário adicionar esse novo campo no model
