Title: Update Doctor Profile
As a doctor, I want to update my profile with my specialization and contact info, so that patients have up-to-date information.
Acceptance Criteria:
1.A "Profile Settings" page is accessible to the logged-in doctor.
2.Changes to specialization or contact details are saved to the database.
3.Updated information is immediately reflected on the public doctor list.
