Frontend & Web3: Implement 'Cancel Stream' Flow

Add a 'Cancel Stream' button to the Stream Details screen for stream senders. This should prompt the wallet to sign the Soroban cancel_stream transaction, allowing senders to retrieve their unspent funds.
