Frontend: Connect Wallet Screen/Modal

Implement a dedicated interface for selecting a wallet (Freighter, Albedo, etc.).

Context:
This is the entry point for the DApp. It handles the authentication state.

Independence:
Mock the successful connection state if wallet adapters (Freighter) are not fully integrated yet. Focus on the UI/UX of the selection.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Modal/Page listing supported wallets
• Loading state during connection attempt
• Error state handling (e.g., 'User rejected')
• Persist connection state in context/store
