Added the character selection, Main Menu and updated the player movement with things needed to update character

1. Added a Main Menu Screen with a Play and Quit Button
2. Then created a character selection screen, has two placeholders sprites right now. Had to test it, to see if it worked.
3. Added a platform and player sprite into the level selector scene, to test out if the characters sprites actually saves and changes the sprites depending on what character you choose.

Now working on the Health Bar & Progress Bar for the levels, will try to finish it by wednesday.
