The global config fallback in processSnapshot only checked for browserViewports (customViewports path), missing the regular browsers/viewports case — causing web viewports to be dropped when mobile config was also provided. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
