Repeatable Quests Log

I'm trying to port over the quest "Scouting the Ashu Talif", but it looks like there is currently no way to have a quest in both the "Active Quests" log and the "Completed Quests" log at the same time. That's how it works on current retail. Is this something that can be changed? Maybe just adding a repeatQuest function that allows for this?

its planned since we found out the ig display has been wrong for the last 7+ yrs awhile back, but no eta on it. Theres a large data blob involved with multiple binary bits per quest.
