Bait and Switch Quest

Is this currently working on LSB? I don't see any issue for it posted but can't get it to work.

I set my fame to Bastok level 3 (even tried higher, just in case) and talked to Salim, but he does not start the quest by giving me a cutscene.

It's not implemented, you can check this with notations next to quest names in scripts\globals\quests.lua.
