What does this pull request do?
Updates the damage calculation for regular Poison Breath from Dragons. This version is used by a lot of mission NMs like nation 2-3 or 7 of WoTG. Observed 6 damage at 25 and 13 at 65.
Changes the current Poison_Breath_Dragon to Poison_Breath_Dragon_2, where I did observe 50 damage/tick from Poison Pukis in Dynamis.
