What does this pull request do?
In the recent PR to update families all automaton frames were changed to family 382, causing the lookup for automaton skills to break. This PR changes the lookup to use MobSkillList instead of Family.
Steps to test these changes
Summon any automaton frame -> see wrong WS used (In this case its currently mapped to Garuda)
Rebuild
Summon any frame, see correct skills used
